Joe Kinch is a passionate and accomplished entrepreneurial and commercial leader. He has a well-respected track record in consumer brands within food & beverage and early-stage ventures.  

He founded Joe’s Tea Co. in 2011 with the simple vision of creating a premium, organic tea brand that would reinvent Britain’s favourite hot drink while prioritising taste and ethical provenance. Throughout his journey, he has added structure to the business and in doing so developed numerous functions, departments, and consumer products which are sold globally.

Over his 13-year journey with Joe’s Tea, Joe has successfully secured a number of rounds of funding. In 2022 Joe exited the business, transferring ownership to a strategic trade partner, ensuring the longevity of the brand and business.

Joe is an experienced operator with a proven record of generating and building relationships, managing projects from concept to completion, designing business strategies and coaching individuals to success.
